The air b&b exceptional. Everything clean. Hot tub was lovely. Bed super comfortable and provided with lots of clean towels. Good range of tea and coffee facilities and biscuits. All cutlery and glasses also mugs and plates etc in cupboards. Good shower and bath facilities. Spacious and also tranquil and peaceful. Near shops and bars restaurants etc. definitely would return.

Lovely modern in a great position
The mattress on the bed was really uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible.
The grill pan in the oven was either dirty or rusty I didn’t investigate to tell

Great location with an easy walk to Windermere and Bowness, and although no specific parking cars can left on the street overnight after 1800 until 1000

Great location
The property is very damp. On arrival all windows and an air con unit was on. When we woke up the next morning there was a clear smell of damp in the lower floor. When we got home, all of our clothes that we didn’t wear were musty and needed cleaning.
