It was quiet, the bed in the big bedroom is really big and comfortable, the parking was close and convenient. It is pretty close to the good restaurants in the center and also to the Schwebebahn.
The appartment and the stairs had a rather upleasant smell, like mold or like old wet furniture, and while everything seemed clean, it also looked pretty old and worn out.

Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, tolle Lage am Ölberg. Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, sie war stehts sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

La gentillesse de l'hôte et l'agencement du logement sont vraiment des points forts. La cuisine est bien équipée, le logement est situé dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, ce qui en fait un endroit agréable pour se reposer.
L'odeur de la literie était insupportable. Nous n'avons pratiquement pas dormi à cause de cette odeur nauséabonde. Le problème concernait aussi bien le grand lit que le lit superposé : toute la literie dégageait une très forte mauvaise odeur. J'ai été contraint d'utiliser mes vêtements comme oreiller, car l'odeur était tellement forte qu'elle me donnait envie de vomir. C'est un point qui mérite d'être corrigé rapidement.
