Location is excellent and very well equipped. Great views. Easy check-in and check-out. Extremely clean. I would highly recommend.
The bedrooms are quite small. It was a bit odd that there were a lot Christmas decorations/ornaments in the apartment in July.

Las vistas , la tranquilidad del vecindario , la situación para moverse, dispone de parking amplio, céntrico para llegar andando a todos los sitios. A un paso el tren de la Mer de Glace, el centro mas turístico, la cabina de la Aiguille.
Perfecto.
Por ponerle una pega tiene demasiada decoración navideña que quizás no deje sitio para poner tus cosas o si no tienes cuidado se pueden romper. No es muy practico para un piso de alquiler. Y los baños que ya están un poco viejitos

Great location and very easy to walk into the centre of Chamonix. Secure underground parking and a private ski/boot storage room. The kitchen was probably one of the best kitted out I have experienced in a ski resort - every utensil and appliance you could want was available and an abundance of crockery and cutlery so that you weren’t constantly washing dishes. We stayed for 2 weeks and the mid stay change of linens and towels was much appreciated. A minor issue that was reported to the letting agent was rectified within hours - great service
The apartment really isn’t big enough for 4 adults! There was only seating for 3 in the living room which also had a number of random side tables making it very cramped.
The bedrooms were very small and not easy for two people to move around or get dressed in. The pictures on booking.com of one of the bedrooms are actually very deceptive as they show a double bed in a room with à large wardrobe. It would appear that this bed has been replaced by a much larger king size bed and there is no longer space for the wardrobe which has been removed and leaves you with insufficient clothes storage in this room and no where to store your case or bags. In addition to which you have to walk sideways round the bed as the bed practically fills the room. It was impossible for two people to get changed in this room. Not ideal! The ensuite to this bedroom is also very cramped with the toilet located directly in front of the door as you enter.
