Communication was easy, access was easy, facilities were all good and clean. Everything was as described in the listing
Nothing that the host could have done anything about - buses into York are only hourly😄

Clean and comfortable and the location was great for what I needed. I booked room 1 but was asked by Claire if I would take the upstairs room as someone else required a downstairs room. This was fine for me and an unexpected upgrade was a bonus.

Not far from where I needed to be
It was chilly in morning, not able to put heating on.

It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.
The room could not be any smaller if you tried. They say you have a private bathroom, but they don't tell you it is down the hall and not accessed directly from the room. They also send you instructions on how to get in, the night before by email, which is fine if you have Internet access.
