First things first - location is perfect and size of the apartment is even larger than you can assume based on the photo. It can easily fit 8 people if necessary. Views from the terrace are stunning. Just sitting there, watching the the bay and surrounding islands can make one happy. The shared pool with sea water is a great plus. Clean and cozy. Huge tv panel (but no active accounts on it)
A lonely air conditioner that barely covers dining room. When the night temp is over 20 outside even open windows won’t help. Plumbing is worn out and should be definitely upgraded (sink in the second bathroom was flooded from day one). Same goes for the blinds equipment. Some of them simply don’t work. Place would benefit from having microwave oven and a simplest coffee machine. There was a dishwasher, with 2 capsules for it (for 8 days??)
