Property is in some remote area. But overall, closer to airport and UBER services are easily accessible.
* As a matter of courtesy, it would be appreciated if the staff could call or seek permission before knocking on the room door, unless it is an emergency. It helps guests feel more comfortable and respected during their stay.
* Since breakfast is sourced from a nearby eatery rather than being prepared in-house, it would be helpful to provide guests with a predefined breakfast menu. This avoids confusion and ensures expectations are clear. For instance, I had requested a Masala Dosa but was served a Plain Dosa instead.
* The room service response time could be improved. I requested my complimentary drinking water, but it was delivered only after approximately 45 minutes, which felt longer than expected.
* The Wi-Fi was unfortunately not functional during my stay. Considering this is a premium property located close to the airport and hosts guests from different parts of the world, reliable internet connectivity is essential. While local networks such as Jio offer good 5G coverage, international travelers often rely on the hotel’s Wi-Fi, as using international SIM cards or mobile hotspots may not always be practical or cost-effective.
* Shortly after I made my reservation, I was contacted and requested to make an advance (pre-) payment. Given that my check-in was scheduled for early morning, I understand the reason behind this request and appreciate the proactive communication.
