La casa está perfecta, limpísima y nueva. Tiene dos habitaciones grandes, cada una con cama de matrimonio y una individual; además de aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo que funcionan fenomenal. El baño era amplio y muy limpio, la cocina perfecta para cinco personas con nevera grande. Tiene lavadora, que viene genial porque se suda muchisimo en napoles en verano.
Está justo en el barrio español, a 15-20 minutos de todos los monumentos del centro.
El dueño fue muy muy agradable; llegamos casi a las doce de la noche porque se retrasó el avión y nos esperó para darnos las llaves, incluso nos regaló botellas de agua frescas. La comunicación con el genial; recomendaría 100% este alojamiento.
Lo único es que para subir a la casa hay muchas escaleras empinadas y grandes, si tienes problemas de movilidad mejor buscar otro sitio.

Good location, entourage building, air conditioning in the bedrooms works well. It was clean.
To get check-in instructions, I had to write to the host directly and ask for them. Similarly with check-out information. It would be great to get it a couple of days before check-in.
There was also a broken bed in one bedroom in the centre, the tiles in the kitchen were broken, which is not very safe. A very loud door in the bathroom. And it’s also very hot in the kitchen, because there’s no air conditioning there, I had to save myself with fans.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν άνετο, τα δωμάτια ωραία. Ήταν στον 3ο όροφο άρα είχε και και καλύτερη θέα των χαρακτηριστικών μπαλκονιών της Νάπολης. Γνωρίζαμε από πριν οτι δεν υπήρχε ανελκυστήρας, το οποίο ήταν ΟΚ για εμάς (απλά λάβετε υπόψη οτι τα σκαλοπάτια της τελευταίας σκάλας είναι λίγο πιο ψηλά από τα κανονικά). Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ κεντρικά. Τα κλιματιστικά δούλευαν μια χαρά και επιπλέον υπήρχε και ανεμιστήρας οροφής και στα 2 υπνοδωμάτια. Οι καθρέπτες σε όλα τα φύλλα της ντουλάπας έδιναν μια ώραια αίσθηση μεγαλύτερου χώρου. Η κουζίνα και το μπάνιο ήταν επίσης μια χαρά.
Για να παραλάβουμε τα κλειδιά έπρεπε να περπατήσουμε 8΄ με βαλίτσες στο πλακόστρωτο και άλλα 8΄ για να γυρίσουμε στο κατάλυμα. Υπήρχαν 2 λαμπατερ στα κομοδίνα τα οποία δεν είχαν μπαταρίες για να ανάψουν. Ο ανεμιστήρας οροφής ήταν εξαιρετικός απλά πρέπει να έχεις ύψος πάνω από 1.80μ για να μπορέσεις να τραβήξεις το κορδονάκι για να λειτουργήσει. Έξω από το μπάνιο υπήρχε ένα σπασμένο πλακάκι στο δάπεδο, το οποίο προφανώς και δε μας ενόχλησε κάπου, απλά θα μπορούσε και να αντικατασταθεί για να μη χαλάει την αισθητική. Από την προηγούμενη μέρα έστειλα στον ιδιοκτήτη μήνυμα μέσω της booking και της εφαρμογής whatsApp για δίωρη επέκταση του check out, και μας απάντησε 10΄ πριν την ώρα του check out.

La posizione
Un’ottimo appartamento ma molto trascurato,il letto matrimoniale nella prima camera completamente sfondato(abbiamo dormito quattro notti malissimo),mattonelle saltate ,il tavolo della cucina che si regge a malapena ,biancheria non pulitissima.Abbiamo dovuto rilavarla.Mi spiace difficilmente trovo strutture così trascurate
