Cockroaches, Dusty Floors, and Poor Security Coordination

Location

Very disappointing stay. Upon entering the house, we immediately noticed the floor was dusty, making the place feel unclean from the start. What was more disturbing was finding dead cockroach skeletons in three different areas of the house, which clearly shows poor housekeeping standards. Thankfully, a vacuum was provided, so we had to clean the entire house ourselves, from upstairs to downstairs, just to feel comfortable staying there. Because of the condition, we only entered the unit three times during our two-night stay. There were also maintenance issues. The downstairs water heater was not working, which added further inconvenience to the stay. Security access was another major issue. Guards repeatedly questioned us, asking whether we were visitors, which raised concerns about whether this unit is properly approved for short-term stays. The host was unreachable, and I had to call another number shared in the group chat using my own phone and pass it to the security guard to resolve the situation. To make matters worse, the QR code for security access was only provided on the second day and was valid until 12 midnight. After that, we had to explain everything again to the guards past 12am, which took over 10 minutes each time, especially inconvenient as we had 2–3 cars entering. Overall, the stay was stressful and far below acceptable standards. Cleanliness, basic maintenance, communication, and access management were seriously lacking.

Overall a happy new year party

The place is quite new and bright. Very comfortable and everything is usable. The kitchen has many things and they also provide amenities so we don't need to get toothbrushes.

The place is a bit dusty and the dining table is outdoor so we didn't bother to use it. The host was a bit passive on the response, had to text them a few times, after called then only replied. Only inform there's a deposit required just 1 day before my check in date.
