Approach road to the hotel is suitable for large cars. Very close to the Gadisar Lake and Fort. The staffs are very cooperative.
1. Quality of wi-fi
2. Non-uniform rooms within the same category
3. High taxi commission when you book from the reception
4. Rats roaming around inside the hotel
5. Very bad smell in the toilet for a few rooms which are close to the road (due to some sewage line problem)

Staff gentle and supportative
Not possible to accept only cash for checkout in 2025!! I had to cross the city to withdraw and pay. Really bad experience.
