Perfect location,
Great staff
facilities don't allow for security of privately owned bike or acknowledge it's not ok to leave panniers containing luggage exposed to weather.

The staff was super friendly, attentive and very helpful. They spoke great english and were very kind. The mountain view room was superb, very clean, if you open the window you can hear the water from the river, soo relaxing. The onsen was spectacular both indoors and outdoors.
Only improvement i can think of is getting actual pillows, mine were like decorative cushions, but i was able tk sleep ok.

I enjoyed hot springs as their area is renovated and cleaned
The cleaning ladies foreigners stuff were shouting all the time or speaking loud and this would round all the atmosphere.
