Contact with owner/renter was smooth and no problem, door code was working well. The place itself was clean and it matched description, it had fully equiped kitchen. This said it is a place where we would not stay for a longer period, it is more of an overnight facility.
Location. It is in the backyard of a gas station and some type of automotive garage, with lots of cars standing there awaiting repair or some other work. In front of the entrance an active construction work was being done, involving a small excavator.
Facility itself - bedrooms are very small (little or no fresh air), lighting in the appartment though very modern and fancy to operate (with various colors, etc.) was tiring and unnatural.
