The terrace, the fact that it had parking spots inside, the small garden
The air conditioning was not on when we reached even though the temperatures were quite high and the upstairs bedroom had no electricity plugs so we ended up all sleeping downstairs. The fridge was not clean which was a dissapointment as we needed to store food inside

For us the most important part was a secure parking which was the case. Everything else was excellent too. The second bedroom was a bit adventurous to get to but for us it worked great.

Extremely comfortable and elegant. Practically without the need for much negotiation. Everything works seamlessly!
The boiler for preparing hot water has an extremely small capacity. The air conditioner filter should be cleaned/washed sometime.
