Absolutely loved this hotel and already want to come back.
From the moment we arrived, everything felt elegant, luxurious and incredibly well thought out. The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, the room was beautiful and had everything we needed, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was very calm and relaxing.
The spa was the highlight for me. It’s beautiful, spacious and has many different areas and sauna experiences. We also joined two guided sauna programs, which were included in the stay, and even though I’m usually not a big fan of saunas, I absolutely loved them.
The food was another big surprise — easily one of the best hotel buffets I’ve ever had. Great variety, excellent quality and everything was delicious.
What I loved most was how relaxed I felt there. After just a few days, I felt completely recharged, both physically and mentally.
A truly special place. I would happily return every year. Highly recommended.

Rooms, Facilities, location, excellent massage staff
By priority
Poor buffet at 40eur and no a la carte options! Queuing in a cantine on customers feels more like a cheap all inclusive vacation than a 5 star. It does not match with the romantic feel of the hotel.
Most of staff are unwelcoming except reception and spa and one lady in the outdoor area.
Example: We came at 8.30 for dinner and started drinking wine, and at 9pm the manager, upon seeing our empty plate, instead of inviting us to the buffet, stated that we are not eating and the buffet is closed and staff are taking food away. They he told us we should have checked the leaflet with an arrogant attitude.
Taxi bookings: instead of giving a call for us, they gave us a card and told us to do it ourselves. First time I see this in a 5 star.
Time pressure: The rigid schedules of eating: at checkin we had to chose between breakfast at 6.30 to 9 or 9 to 10.30. Same for dinner.
For massage, we had to adjust our schedule based on staff timings. On saturday, the busiest day, they were leaving at 7pm already so we had to shorten our massage duration.
The ONLY toilet available for all the facilities is not maintained properly (lack of soap, toilet paper, shower gel all day) for both male and female.
Same maintenance issue for sauna and aromatherapy rooms, where no one was attending to it etc..
In summary:
The management of this hotel needs a reassessment of their practices and hire a few more staff to deserve a 5star status. They need to think client first instead of internal process first, especially when they charge so much!

Nice clean staff are friendly
Submitted a special request with the booking, to prebook us for the afternoon sauna sessions, received an email confirmation that they will make sure my guests and I are booked, but the information was never passed on to the wellness team so on arrival they were unaware of any prior arrangements.
