Location

Our stay was extremely disappointing, as the apartment did not match the description provided. As clearly shown in the video we shared, there was damp in the entrance, creating an unwelcoming and potentially harmful environment from a health perspective. This was also, inexplicably, the only apartment without a sofa. The duvet had no cover. The bathroom was not fit for purpose, with both the sink and shower blocked, raising further hygiene and health concerns. Despite raising this issue, no effective action was taken to resolve it during our stay. To make matters worse, the apartment was also very noisy, significantly impacting our comfort and ability to rest. Overall, the condition and standard of the accommodation fell well below what was advertised and what is acceptable, particularly in terms of basic health and hygiene standards.
