It was right off the Cotswold way trail, just before the last leg of the hike. It was a perfect place to stay the night before the Cold Ashton to Bath section. It was also located very close to a Shell station that was well stocked with snacks, drinks and some hot food options. Bed were comfortable, clean and quiet

Great jacuzzi, advertised accurately, comfortable beds, clean etc everything you need.
Looked at previous reviews and any negative comments I do not agree with at all as it seems like the guests did not look at the photos properly.

The hot tub was a nice bonus and lots of parking.
It was filthy and I had to email booking.com and sent photos. We did call the host but got no answer and they claim they had no missed call. We had to eat out as all the cutlery had food on and a dead fly in a cup, the cooker was absolutely disgusting so we had to fork out extra for meals which we didn’t really want to but had to choice. We also weren’t going to spend our girls Xmas catch up cleaning other people’s gunk.
