It was a perfect home for the family, and bonus that they are pet friendly. I was worried there may be a doggy odour as some places you can tell it’s pet friendly but it was very clean and no issues at all. Very spacious bedrooms, lounge is a little bit small and awkward for us all to watch tv but we made it work! Everything we needed in the kitchen, and bonus having a washing machine as we got a bit wet during one of our walks! Very close to the main high street and really couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation.
The only downside was the type of property meant it felt a bit damp in the mornings, but the heating worked really well and we didn’t feel it too much. We were only there a couple of days, but I think my son who has asthma would have struggled after a while especially in the colder months but literally that is the only negative thing I have to say and it’s not really anything that can be fixed as it’s an old property! No issue if you’re only there a short amount of time.

Property was clean. I particularly liked that the bed linen smell fresh sometimes you go to places and it smells like someone was sleeping on it. So this was a fantastic surprise. Getting the heating on was a bit fiddly but Kathy was fantastic. She was round very quickly and sorted it all out.
The property is also a short walk to Sienna’s cafe which serves the best breakfast.
There is an Indian tandoori take away as well.
Liked everything. Remember it’s a cottage so layout like a cottage. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. Everything was clean

Great location within walking distance to town, with cheap parking a couple of blocks away.
Confortable bedrooms and good sized dining kitchen. The showers were hot too, and had shampoo provided.
We had sun on one day, and I enjoyed a wee glass of wine whilst reading in the back patio.
Dogs are allowed, but it was so clean you would think they werent.
The living room is tiny, and only sits 3 people. We had a dog too, so half the sofa was blocked with poppy on the floor in front of it, so was easier to have 2 in living room and I mainly sat in the kitchen.
