The staff were very friendly and professional - Summer Lu helped me order in a pizza she has kind helpful - the hotel was spotless- the free laundry room was a god send - the hotel was fantastic value - the breakfast was very good a wide variety to pick from - I highly recommend the holiday Inn Express Chengdu

Staff were very polite and location is good
On the first day the room had no air con and was very hot. The staff came to show me other rooms. One had a lingering urine smell upon entering. The second one had a smoke smell that got worse throughout the night. It may have drifted in from the corridor or via the aircon, but it was difficult to tolerate.
