The location was good walking distance to the towers and shopping
The bed was really hard, please upgrade the mattress.
A previous occupant had durian fruit in the fridge and it stank
There was no cleaning service, only 2 coffee sachets and 2 tea, no glassware only coffee cups.
The booking.com advertising said mini bar, there wasn't even an ice tray, just stinky fridge from durian fruit.

Modern place with excellent location! Comfortable rooms
The place is huge! And there is not enough personnel to keep it functioning properly. You will spend at least 10 minutes waiting to be able to take the lift. There are only 4 small lifts for thousands of people. The pool and the gym are always full and dirty, so not even that is nice to use. Common spaces are never cleaned so you will see trash and dirt in the hallway and other areas. Honestly for a bit more money you can go somewhere better.

I really like the environment and the view, especially being able to watch the sunrise from my room.
There is room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness. The floor felt slightly sticky, and slippers were not provided. There were quite a few fingerprints on the kitchen countertop and doors, and some clothing left behind by a previous guest was still in the wardrobe.
