Este un apartament primitor, te face sa te simti exact ca acasa si cel mai important este curat. Este bine amplasat, fiindca era frig mergeam cu masina pana in centru si faceam maxim 5 minute, cand este vremea mai frumoasa o plimbare pana in centru ar fi foarte comoda.
Cum scrie si in alte comentarii, blocul nu este bine izolat fonic, auzi ce vorbesc ceilalti din camera si ce fac vecinii, iar faptul ca in dormitoare nu exista televizoare nu prea ajuta acest aspect, fiindca ori este o liniste multe prea apasatoare ori auzi tot ce se vorbeste. La bucatarie as adauga un polonic, cuptor cu microunde si un sandwich maker in locul tavilor de tarta si a ustensilelor de modelat martipanul. La intrare ar trebui un loc unde sa se puna incaltamintea ca sa nu se mai faca atat de multa mizerie iarna si un incaltator. Bineinteles, toate acestea sunt detalii foarte mici care nu ne au incurcat prea tare, daca ne am intoarce in Sibiu cu siguranta am alege din nou apartamentul.

This apartment is in a quiet, safe area that is close to shopping and amenities. The full kitchen (complete with a fridge, stove, and mini dishwasher) was a huge plus. The layout—featuring two bedrooms and a separate living room—gave our family plenty of space to spread out.
The property had absolutely no air conditioning or fans, making the rooms completely unbearable to sleep or stay in during 38°C+ (100°F+) summer heat. To make matters worse, the cleanliness was awful. The bathroom was filthy with spider webs, old empty soap bottles, and a used razor left in the cabinet under the sink. The living room couch was badly stained, and the kitchen coffee pot was covered in mold. No basic amenities like toilet paper or hand soap were provided, forcing us to run to the store immediately after checking in. Completely unacceptable.
