Excellent location in the heart of the city with lots of cafes and shops nearby. Very close to the railway and bus stations. Light, bright and well equipped apartment in a secure purpose built block of flats. Lovely views over Oviedo and the nearby hills.
Whereas we didn’t agree with other reviewers’ comments about cleanliness, the floors could do with a deep clean and one or two little things (such as the light switch in the kitchen) need to be fixed and repaired.

Muy céntrico, en calle peatonal y comercial. Rodeado de todos los servicios necesarios. Supermercado a 100 metros. Parking Salesas muy cercano y barato.
Cuando te cobran 60 euros por la limpieza de un apartamento de una habitación, este debe estar verdaderamente limpio. No basta con un repaso para “salir del paso”.

La casa es muy amplia y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar el fin de semana. La atención excepcional y hemos estado muy a gusto. Localización excepcional
Hemos echado de menos un Welcome Pack (aceite, sal, alguna especia…). Da rabia tener que hacer ese tipo de compra para 2/3 días.
En general la casa esta muy bien pero no estaba lo limpia que nos gustaría, se notaba que la limpieza había sido superficial.
La calefacción central es demasiado alta, algo agobiante.
El horno estropeado. Algo que nos hubiera gustado conocer previamente.
