The Kanai is amazingly relaxing. Rooms and facilities are spotless, the staff are exceptionally welcoming and attentive, the food is excellent, and the overall ambience is amazing.

This was our second time at the St. Regis Kanai (we went last year as well), and it was excellent yet again.
The rooms are gorgeous, very spacious, and very clean.
The butler service is stellar (Rafael and Dali are top-notch) and all the staff is wonderful. All are very polite, friendly, and professional.
The food delicious (Toro is our favourite)
The pools are so beautiful (there is one adult only pool, but we did not visit it)
It is a family friendly resort, so there were children around the pools. All were very well behaved.
Only negative is the price of wine. Very, very expensive. So much so that we only ordered one glass of wine the whole week; a rose given it was the least costly of all the wines. Beer prices were very reasonable and cocktails (very delicious) were on par with prices found in high end city restaurants and cocktail bars.
It is an absolutely incredible resort that is perfect for a special occasion trip.
