About this house rental

Situated in Avon, this lovely house for $680 per night is a great option for your next break. Spacious 4bd 4bth 2500sqft home located in the private gated Arrowhead community with incredible views of the valley. The spacious house offer three levels with the main floor featuring an open floor plan with kitchen, dining room and living room. This main floor also includes a separate queen bedroom, and soft sleeper. The master bedroom is on its own private floor with King bed, walk-in closet, and a private bath with jetted jacuzzi & large shower. The bottom floor has a queen bedroom with private bath, and second bedroom four twin beds in a double bunk bed style and private bathroom. During the winter also included is a free door to door on-demand ski shuttle which is a 3minute ride taking you straight to the base of Arrowbahn Chairlift. This lift also links you to the skiable interconnected Bachelor Gulch & Beaver Creek ski resorts and villages. Shuttles also available to Vail Ski resort on a timed schedule. And during the summer walk out your door to endless hiking, and 3 minute walk to the Eagle River for world class fly fishing, & the 20 miles paved Eagle River path for biking, walking, etc.. ( Note: in the pictures you will notice that the decorative bedspreads have been removed since the Covid pandemic in efforts to provide a more sanitized property Our property is clean and managed by Arrowhead and undergoes a thorough cleaning procedures, including the high touch surfaces (doorknobs, handrails, etc.) to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and staff.)

We had such a great stay at this property! The property manager Scott was incredibly responsive. The peppery was clean and shampoo and conditioner provided which does not always happen. The shuttle was so so easy and so so close. Just use the app and it appears at the front steps within mins. Excellent house excellent location!

The property is exactly as shown in the photographs, the house was clean and had all the necessary utensils and equipment for a very pleasant stay. Scott always responded quickly to all of our concerns, so overall we had a great experience while staying at the property. The house is in a gated community, and is a 4 minute drive from the Arrowhead Bahn. In general we had an excellent experience, and I would not hesitate to rent the property again, or recommend it to others.

Great house, very accommodating for 8 people. Loved having spices for cooking. Some storage containers for leftovers and more baking pans would be our only comment! Thank you for having us!

Our rental was perfect for a large group. There was parking available for multiple vehicles which was important to us. The house has multiple levels which may not be good for those who have a difficult time with stairs. Everything else was great!
