This is the entire lower level of a split level true mid century home in a private gated lakeside community.
I only rent this out when I am travelling so you can expect to have privacy and solitude.

While this home is not lakeside - the lake is only a 1 minute walk away (a danger for children) - a small park and also a dock are available for sitting and enjoying the scene.
Bring your own kayak or canoe if you would like - I may have mine available for your use -depending on time of year.
