The villa is part of an organic farm with woods, meadows, pastures, and farmland for feeding livestock. The town of Piobbico is within a short driving distance, where you can find shops and restaurants and, other attractions in the area include the hill town of Urbino, Gubbio, Assisi and the caves of Frasassi. The villa is ideal for groups of people and events. Villa Eufemia (335 sqm) consists of seven apartments with independent entrances.
