We visited from out of town to see family and needed a place big enough to host dinner for 10. This place worked great. Big kitchen and lots of room for the extra table we needed. Clean and very new. Kitchen provisioning is a little weak e.g. only 8 plates. We improvised and had a great time. Host was unresponsive to minor questions during our stay, but it was new years week. Nothing urgent so it wasn't a problem.

Arrived at 4pm check in and housecleaner was still there cleaning, was able to access property 30 minutes after posted check in time. Approx 30 minutes after getting into the property the next door neighbor (who was on drugs with mental illness) approached my 25 year old daughter and told her if we had any kids or people over that “we would be sorry” fast forward… after our Christmas dinner (yes… this was on Christmas Day!) my brother and sister and two adult sons were leaving at 930 and the man chased them to their car holding the neck of a bottle attempting to attack them. We called the sherriffs… and had to leave the property for safety reasons as the man had baracaded himself in the house and now the police were in a standoff situation… The owners were very apologetic and refunded our money but knew there was an issue as apparently the previous renters had called the owners and complained two hours before we had arrived.. it is a very nice property and the owners were responsive in refunding quickly…however this was very traumatizing for myself and my family let alone we had no place to go and had to leave quickly. In the future I will never rent a multi unit property because this was not ok!

The house is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, close to Grocery Outlet and gas stations. We didn’t have any issues checking in, communicating with the property manager about minor questions, or anything else. Beds we’re comfortable. Bathrooms and entire house were clean and pest-free. It is a duplex, but we didn’t hear the family next door or any outside noise. The only critiques would be minor…. There was no iron/ironing board, and there was an odd smell from the water pipes after we’d been gone all day. Again, minor issues that didn’t impact our stay negatively. Family-friendly and safe environment. I’d book here again!

This was an overnight stop for four adults and a dog on the way to the Oregon coast. Very close to Mad River Brewing and perfect for our needs. Would be a great place to stay longer and enjoy the area. If you are expecting an ocean view of any sort as was advertised, there isn’t one by any stretch of imagination and eyesight, but that did not make a difference to us.

Enjoyed a comfortable stay for one night at this beautiful home. Loved the single floor design. Could see and hear everyone in our group especially when calling them down for dinner. Only wish we had access to the washing machine and dryer as we had come in after a long drive of few days. But we packed well so it was ok. Overall it was a very good experience.

The property fit our needs perfectly. It is located in a new, safe neighborhood. We loved how incredibly clean the place felt. Great floor plan. The owner was so kind. We highly recommend this place. We would definitely stay again.

House was as advertised. Bonus was the nice new Weber barbecue. Well equipped, clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. Only suggestion I can think of would be a few extra blankets. Was a teeny tiny bit cold at night but could have easily turned up the heater! Will rent again!

Overall an excellent value for the area. Super modern and clean. The only feedback is that it doesn’t have much kitchen supplies. Truthfully I expected this place to be more lacking because it was such a great price, so that is a minor inconvenience for the overall experience

The property was very clean and had everything that was needed. Was able to cook large dinner (stuffed shells) that required many dishes, bowls, etc. The kitchen had everything that you would have in your own kitchen. Beds were new and very comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean and stocked with everything that was needed. The place is just as the pictures show it. The neighborhood was new and very nice. Right next to Safeway and other stores, so if you need anything it is right there. Would recommend to all who are looking for a place for a family or group! Thanks so much for having us!!

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days during her Spring Break. The house was comfortable and easily accessible. We brought our dog with us, visited the local beaches and enjoyed some down time. I would definitely recommend this property!
