EXCEPTIONAL at Rayol Beautiful villa with breathtaking views of the 3 islands .... adjoining apartment below, 300M2 all, very bright and contemporary, tastefully decorated, a small romantic side, any comfort: VILLA/ entrance hall, 2 bedrooms, including a master suite with bathroom, 1 shower room, a toilet. On the ground floor: 80m2 living room / dining room, wood fireplace, large bay windows, magnificent sea view, large American kitchen with very good cooking equipment: Thermomix / magimix, nespresso, crucible ...) large outdoor terrace and beautiful sea view. to access the apartment for 4 people, go down the stairs that go through the picine or the flowery garden path, to choose, apartment and very bright, comfortable, living room, kitchenette, pantry, dressing room, 2 bedrooms, small bathroom, wc, direct access to the large pool terrace, 2500m2 plot, (in terraces) EXTERIOR: large electric awning on the terrace, large teak table for 8 people, resin terrace chairs, outdoor resin sofa and armchairs, matching coffee table, cozy little wrought iron sofa with big comfortable cushions in one Shaded corner of the terrace, extra terrace barbecue (from the Weber brand). At the pool level: pool mattress, deck chairs, bench placed in a shady corner under a eucalyptus! Large pool terrace in teak, Heated pool on request. small dogs are accepted gracefully with the agreement of the owner !! any problem caused by small animals will be the responsibility of the tenant and deducted from the deposit, for hygiene, swimming pool, animals prohibited in the water, (thank you for your understanding). Baby foot, Ping Ping table in a room facing the pool. Villa for 8 people with enough sunbeds and mattresses at the pool!

Beautiful, relaxing and peaceful villa
We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa in Rayol! The vue is spectacular, the property is very private and the neighborhood is very quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped. In fact, we cancelled dinner reservations twice to stay home and cook so that we could enjoy the sunset view.

Wir waren als Gruppe zu sechst (3 Ehepaare) mit Hund für 17 Tage zu Gast in dieser wunderschönen, platzmässig grosszügigen Villa.
Alles war sehr sauber und perfekt zur Selbstversorgungausgestattet.
Man hat einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer, die vorgelagerten Inseln bis nach Lavandou.
Auch das Apartment im unteren Bereich am Pool war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Schöne Villa mit einem traumhaft schönen Ausblick über die Cote D’Azur
Wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub in der super tollen Villa mit diesem traumhaften Ausblick. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 4 Personen. Es gibt noch ein Appartement, mit Zugang vom Pooldeck für ebenfalls 4 Personen.
Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet. Es war sehr sauber und bei Fragen wurde schnell kommuniziert.
Der Pool war auf Wunsch beheizt und somit konnten wir jeden Gag darin schwimmen. Die Besitzerin ist sehr sympathisch und sorgt dafür, das sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Dafür möchten wir uns nochmal bedanken!!! Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer traumhaften Villa. Vielen Dank 🙏🏼

Une vue absolument incroyable sur les îles d’Hyères . La piscine à 28 degrés est un bonheur .
Cette maison a ravi tous nos invités, par son cadre , sa vue , l’espace et la convivialité des pièces de vie .
Tout était top .
Une petite suggestion cependant concernant la taille de la télé du salon qui mériterait d’être revue à la hausse , pour les soirées cinéma lorsque le mistral souffle trop fort dehors 😉

Toutes les commodités étaient disponibles et la piscine chauffée était super.
Rien ne manque pour passer une semaine de vacances des plus agréables.

einmalige Lage mit grandiosem Ausblick
Die Villa liegt auf ca. 250 m Höhe über dem Meer mit einem einmaligen Ausblick auf das Meer, die Buchten und die Inseln. Tolle Holz-Terrassen mit Esstisch und Weber-Grill. Schöner Pool, Day-Bed und Liegen. Alles in gutem Zustand. Aus der geräumigen Küche hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer, Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Spüämascine, Mikrowelle und Kaffee-Maschine alles in Ordnung. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche (lediglich an scharfen Messern mangelt es). Schöner großer Wohnraum mit sehr großem Sofa - alles in gutem Zustand. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung - alles blitzsauber. Das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer ist bequem. Die 2 Betten im Kinderschlafzimmer haben alte Federmatratzen und sind eigentlich nicht zu gebrauchen. Bad und Dusche sowie die 2 Toiletten (oben) sind sauber und ordentlich. In der Wohnung unten gibt es nochmals 2 Doppelbetten - die Matratzen sind okay. Die Wohnung riecht aber etwa muffig, da es vermutlich hier im Winter feucht ist und zu wenig geheizt und gelüftet wird. Ansonsten ist auch diese Wohnung sauber und gut eingerichtet (Küche, Bad, Toilette). Insgesamt ist die Villa nicht wirklich für 8 Personen wegen der mangelnden Schlafmöglichkeiten zu gebrauchen - eher für 4-6 Personen. Auch wenn der Preis in der Hauptsaison hoch erscheint, bekommt man für das Geld etwas geboten (große Villa, tolle Aussicht, gute Küche und schöner Pool). In den Monaten Juli/August fährt ein kostenloser Bus vom Strand, über den Ort bis zur Villa. Im Ort bekommt man alles, was man zum Leben braucht, am Freitag ist Markt. Die Müllentsorgung ist ebenfalls gut organisiert. Parkplätze sind überall vorhanden. Der Ort ist ruhig und schick (kein Massentourismus). Die Umgebung toll mit guten Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Wandern, Radfahren, etc.). Der Strand ist feinsandig, flach und sauber. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern bestens geeignet. Rayol ist absolut zu empfehlen. Fazit: Teuer aber auch sehr schön.

Wir haben drei herrliche Wochen mit vier Personen und unserem 9 Monate alten Enkelkind in dieser großen Villa mit Pool und zwei Terrassen mit traumhafter Aussicht auf die Îles d’Or verbracht.
Wir haben es alle sehr genossen und würden gerne bald wieder kommen.

Nous étions deux semaines dans la superbe villa avec en effet une vue inoubliable sur la mer et les îles. La maison est très spacieuse et lumineuse, avec grand salon, décoré avec goût, cuisine très bien équipée et aménagée. Une grande terrasse ou nous avons passé de bons moments à table, avec la belle vue et les beaux couchers de soleil. La piscine réchauffée, avec grande terrasse autour, avec assez de place pour tout le monde, jeux de boules avec pastis, tout était impeccable.La villa nous a vraiment plu, toute l'accommodation, la vue, le calme. Madame Pâris est très charmante et attentionnée, et toujours disponible pour bon conseil. Nous avons tous que de bons souvenirs et espérons y revenir.

Un rêve éveillé!
La maison est magnifique : propre, spacieuse, lumineuse et fonctionnelle ; et la vue... même si la région est de toute beauté, elle vous donnerait presqu'envie d'y rester! Mme Pâris est charmante, disponible et de très bon conseil, et le service est trois étoiles. Conclusion: l'Endroit où il faut rester lorsqu'on se rend dans la région. A bientôt j'espère!

Traumhaftes Familiendomizil
Im größeren Familienkreis haben wir zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind einfach phantastisch und das Haus ist stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch die Küche ist reichlich ausgestattet. Im Untergeschoss stehen zudem Laufband und Tischtennisplatte zur Verfügung. Ein Bouleplatz ist auch noch auf dem Gelände. Das Frühstück am großen Tisch auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer war ebenso beeindruckend wie der abendliche Blick von den kuscheligen Sofas auf der Terrasse auf den Sonnenuntergang. Es war für die ganze Familie ein besonders schöner Aufenthalt. Auch die Vermieterin (Madame Pâris) war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat sich auch aus der Ferne bestens um uns gekümmert. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Vacances de rêve au Rayol
Merci d'avoir partagé votre villa de rêve avec nous! La villa est très bien équipée - tout correspond à la description, y compris le pool et la vue magnifique. Nous y avons passé 10 jours inoubliables pendant un printemps tout ensoleilé. Je recommande vivement de louer des VTT électriques à Cavalaire pour remonter les baguettes le matin et pour découvrir les routes et chemins sur la colline ou pour longer l'ancien chemin du train vers Le Lavandou ou aller vers le Cap Lardier. A refaire!
