Well-located. Lovely atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, beautifully equipped room. Laundry facilities worked really well for us.

Clean rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Good breakfast, even if minimal.
The TV wasn't working. It was fixed the on second day but stoped working after that and we didn't bother asking for it to be fixed again. The overhead lamp shade was also boken but you could still use it for it's purpose.
Hard to sleep at night with window open due to the noise from the streets.

It was very clean, smart, and easy to use the facilities. The staff were always very friendly and helpful.
The room has no AC and it was a heatwave in Malmo, so it was warm, but the fan was very helpful.

Location and safety and cleanness. The guy at the recption when checking-in was welcomming and gave good instructions.
Small and totally uncomfortable bed. The girl at the reception when checking out didn't even bother asking if everything was ok, kind of totally ignoring us, that left a bad feeling.
