Excellent apartment in a typical small French town. The apartment is well appointed and equipped and is situated on the ground floor with easy parking close by. It is surrounded by the river on three sides and it is possible to feed the ducks from the lounge window. The countryside and coast are within easy reach, St Malo only 30 min away. I would
recommend this apartment.
Communication between us and the owner,Booking.co and the appointed agent was poor and stressful. The information booklet provided by the owner was very sparse and did not cater for international travellers at all. although the end of stay cleaning was to be carried out by the agent/concierge it would have been helpful to have had some basic surface cleaning spray etc to keep the place clean and tidy whilst we were there, other owners do this.

L'emplacement près des commerces, de la gare et de ma famille était très bien. L'intérieur est joli et décoré avec goût. La télé et internet marchait bien. J'ai apprécié la bouilloire et machine à café (quelques capsules étaient fournies)
Pas de petites douceurs de bienvenue. L'eau n'était pas branchée à mon arrivée et pas d'eau chaude pendant tout le séjour. Pas de papier WC (J'ai du aller en acheter). Pas de renseignements sur les commerces environnants. Une forte odeur de canalisation dans la salle de bains. Le lit m'a détruit le dos malgré que je n'ai pas de problèmes de dos habituellement. Aucun geste commercial quand j'ai reporté le problème de l'eau chaude. Aucun manuel pour utiliser les appareils ménager (Lave vaisselle, four et lave linge).
