De locatie is interessant om als uitvalbasis voor Disney te gebruiken. Het is op zich geen slecht appartement. Bedden waren goed. Maar het kan wel wat liefde gebruiken. Parking is op privé terrein, dus niet zoeken naar een plaatsje. Eigenaar communiceert goed.
Badkamer is aan renovatie toe. Verluchting werkte ook niet. De waterkoker moet dringend eens ontkalkt worden. En slot van kleine poort en buitendeur dienen hersteld te worden.

Le studio ne comporte pas de rangements pour les vêtements hormis un portant. Le bureau était encombré par la couette et l'oreiller du 2e lit donc inutilisable. Le studio est au 3e étage, il n'y a pas de volets à la fenêtre donc avec la grosse chaleur un VENTILATEUR serait le bienvenu. La propreté des escaliers laisse à désirer. Le parking pourrait être désherbé ( orties et chardons)
