Hotel esta lindo, todos os funcionários, exceto gerente, sao incríveis.

Gerente péssimo, pedi um guarda-chuva emprestado para atravessar 10 metros da recepção para o quarto, ele viu a chuva intensa, e disse que lançaria na minha conta e estornaria quando eu devolvesse. Alem disso o hotel descumpre o código de defesa do consumidor, cobrada taxas que nao informa no anuncio
