It was in a great location, just opposite the pier, food market very close as well as shops, massage parlours and motorbike rentals. The staff were very friendly and helpful including booking us a taxi to the airport when we were leaving.

The hostel is located in the main area of Krabi, near the pier, which is convenient for travelers.
There are many restaurants and cafés nearby.
The room itself is good and comfortable.
Laundry service is available, and the service quality is good
The AC was not working properly, and the room felt very hot and uncomfortable.
There is no lift, so guests need to use the stairs.
Only 2 small bottles of water are provided, which is not enough.
The laundry service is quite expensive; nearby self-service washing machines may be a better option.
The receptionist’s attitude was not very welcoming. I felt she was not communicating politely and made guests feel uncomfortable.
