The staff were very understanding and acommodating. Our requests were also approved regarding our rooms close to each other. As a group of 11 these approvals were very appreciated. The rooms were clean and the location was very good because across the street is a 7/11 and a few mins walk is a Life grocery store.

Great hotel, friendly staff, and the onsen was wonderful — I was almost always there by myself.
It was maybe a little noisy in the evenings, with lots of cars and motorcycles passing by. I’m quite sensitive to noise, so I often had trouble falling asleep.

Super comfy beds. Extremely clean.
Beautiful onsen. Amenities were great.
Staff were extremely unfriendly and cold. Not welcoming at all.
The rooms were incredibly small.
Coffee machine isn’t available until 10am.
