The property was very close to the airport.
Our experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. At reception, we were left waiting while the receptionists continued with other tasks without letting us know that we would need to wait.
When we asked about the free airport shuttle, the staff simply directed us to a shuttle service that costs €3.50 per person, without mentioning that a local bus was also available as an alternative.
The room itself was uncomfortably hot. Although it had a thermostat, adjusting the temperature didn't work. We tried to cool the room down, but it remained at 26°C, making sleeping quite uncomfortable.
Overall, the lack of communication, unhelpful service, and poor room temperature control made for a disappointing experience.
