This apartment truly became my home during my stay in Chișinău.
Before booking, I hesitated because the price was not among the lowest, but I did not regret my choice for a single moment. This is one of those places where you immediately understand what you are paying for: quality, comfort, attention to detail and a very special atmosphere.
The words that describe this apartment best for me are “quiet luxury”. There is nothing flashy or excessive about it — the interior is elegant, understated and very thoughtfully designed. The finishes, furniture and equipment are of very high quality and in excellent condition. The apartment, the building and the surrounding area were also impeccably clean. The lighting, layout and countless small details make the apartment genuinely comfortable to live in. After a busy day, it was a pleasure to come back, close the door and simply relax.
Another great advantage is the location and the view. The building is located almost in the city centre, yet it is surrounded by so much greenery that it feels completely different. On one side there is a beautiful park with a lake, where I enjoyed walking, and on the other side is the Botanical Garden. The building stands on higher ground, so the apartment offers a wonderful panoramic view over the greenery, the water and the city. It is especially lovely to step out onto the balcony and simply look into the distance.
A public transport stop is literally next to the entrance to the property, and the entrance to the park is also very close.
The building itself makes an excellent impression: a well-maintained gated area, a beautiful spacious lobby that feels like the lobby of an upscale hotel, parking spaces and a very pleasant atmosphere.
I would especially like to thank Sergei for his attentiveness, tact and very pleasant communication, as well as Igor for always being polite and helpful.
I left with genuine gratitude and with the feeling that I was very lucky to have found this place.

Эта квартира на время моего пребывания в Кишинёве действительно стала для меня домом.
Перед бронированием я долго сомневалась, потому что цена была не самой низкой, но в итоге ни на минуту не пожалела о своём выборе. Это именно тот случай, когда понимаешь, за что платишь: за качество, комфорт, внимание к деталям и особую атмосферу.
Лучше всего это место для меня описывают слова «тихая роскошь». Здесь нет ничего показного или кричащего — интерьер сдержанный, элегантный и очень продуманный. Отделка, мебель и всё оснащение квартиры — очень высокого качества и практически новые. Безупречная чистота самой квартиры, дома и окружающей территории тоже сразу обращает на себя внимание. Освещение, материалы, планировка и множество мелочей продуманы так, чтобы здесь было действительно удобно жить. После насыщенного дня сюда хотелось возвращаться, закрывать за собой дверь и просто отдыхать.
Отдельное достоинство квартиры — её расположение и вид. Дом находится практически в центре города, но при этом рядом столько зелени, что возникает совсем другое ощущение пространства. С одной стороны — красивый парк с озером, где я с удовольствием гуляла, с другой — Ботанический сад. Дом расположен на возвышенности, и из квартиры открывается великолепная панорама на зелень, воду и город. Особенно приятно просто выйти на балкон и смотреть вдаль.
Остановка городского транспорта находится буквально рядом со входом на территорию дома, и там же совсем близко расположен вход в парк.
Сам дом тоже производит очень приятное впечатление: закрытая ухоженная территория, великолепное просторное фойе, напоминающее лобби дорогого отеля, парковочные места и очень приятная атмосфера.
Отдельно хочу поблагодарить Сергея за внимательность, тактичность и очень комфортное общение, а также Игоря — за вежливость и корректность.
Я уезжала отсюда с настоящей благодарностью и с ощущением, что мне очень повезло найти это место.
Квартира, в которую хочется вернуться.
