Location (especially when using ferry) and contract with staff was great. I do appreciate all hints received.
Unfortunately, looks like apartment needs deep cleaning along with windows washing and curtains renovation. It’s not comfortable to cook anything knowing that just on top there is a lot of dust. Putting plastic flowers with dust just next to cooktop seems like ignorance to the guest. Widows in the main room are very dirty, curtains are broken.
Quite funny fact is that in kitchen there are 2 fridges: one not working… overall this place needs more attention.

Дуже близько до центру міста, та набережної. Поруч магазини, транспорт, який довезе куди завгодно.
Квартира комфортна, є усе необхідне для проживання. Залюбки повернусь сюди ще.

Céntrico y tranquilo. A unos 15-20 minutos caminando de las principales puntos de interés. El apartamento es amplio y cómodo. La cocina esta equipada y hay cafetera. Está a 5 minutos del ferry a Helsinki. El propietario aconseja y responde inmediatamente a las preguntas que le planteas.
Todo perfecto.
