Reclamação sobre o Atendimento e Serviço de Hospedagem
Prezados,
Gostaria de formalizar uma reclamação referente à minha recente estadia. A experiência geral foi extremamente insatisfatória, especialmente no que diz respeito ao atendimento e à comunicação.
O processo de confirmação da reserva foi confuso e ineficiente. A pessoa responsável demorou a responder às minhas mensagens e não utilizou o painel de conversa do aplicativo, forçando-me a recorrer ao WhatsApp. Nesse canal, o atendimento foi ríspido e grosseiro, culminando em uma comunicação onde me senti ameaçado com a menção de acionar a polícia, uma atitude completamente inadequada.
Além disso, a abordagem para a desocupação do quarto foi inaceitável. Enquanto eu e meu acompanhante aguardava um transporte no saguão, fomos interpelados por uma pessoa sem identificação, uniforme ou crachá. Essa pessoa, que estava de capuz, perguntou sobre nosso nome, quarto e horário de saída sem se identificar. Ela nos informou de maneira hostil que deveríamos nos retirar imediatamente por ter excedido o horário. É importante ressaltar que estávamos no saguão há apenas alguns minutos, por questões de segurança, já que carregávamos mercadorias de alto valor.
Em suma, a qualidade do atendimento e a falta de profissionalismo demonstrada foram decepcionantes. Nunca tive uma experiência tão negativa em minhas centenas de hospedagens anteriores.

Não se hospede aqui em check-in após ás 22:00, não terá suporte, caso receba a senha da porta errada
Impossível avaliar positivamente pois eu não consegui acessar o imóvel já que a senha de acesso ao apartamento estava errada e mesmo o anfitrião tendo ciência que eu chegaria após ás 22:00 para check-in e tendo me autorizado à realizado neste horário por watsapp, eles não cogitaram o fato de enviarem a senha de acesso ao quarto errada e me deixar na rua sem nenhuma assistência, inclusive os funcionários do condimínio tentarem me ajudar e também tentaram falar com o anfitrião, que só reapereceu no dia seguinte após às 9:00, considerando que tive que procurar uma hospedagem de ultima hora, para não dormir no corredor do prédio.
Experiência extremamente frustrante. Cheguei à hospedagem no horário combinado, após as 22h, e avisei o anfitrião com antecedência — ele me garantiu via WhatsApp que não haveria problema, já que a portaria funciona 24h. Mas a senha estava errada, e apesar das minhas tentativas, não tive resposta do anfitrião. Fiquei sozinha do lado de fora, à noite, com bagagem. Acabei tendo que buscar um hotel às pressas quase à meia-noite e arcar com custos extras de transporte e hospedagem. O Booking também não ofereceu nenhuma assistência ou opção de reembolso. Uma situação péssima, perigosa e completamente evitável.
