Optimale Lage, bei einigen behebaren Mängeln

Die zentrale Lage! Die Wohnungsgröße ist für 2 Personen passend. Der Verwaltungsservice ist sehr freundlich. Der Warmwasserausfall wurde am nächsten Tag behoben.

Empfangen wird man im Treppenhaus von dem etwas muffigen Teppichgeruch. Der defekte Föhn wurde bei der Verwaltung sofort ersetzt. Das Abluftgitter vom Ventilator im Bad ist sehr dreckig. Eine Uralt-Kaffeemaschine! Da kein Handfeger vorhanden ist, kann man z.B. Frühstückkrümel nicht entfernen. Man merkt an vielen fehlenden Sachen, das die Wohnung nicht vom Besitzer bewohnt wird. Die Parkplatzsituation ist für die Wohnungen zu beengt. Wir hatten Glück, vor den Fahrradständern zu parken.

Die zentrale Lage! Die Wohnungsgröße ist für 2 Personen passend. Der Verwaltungsservice ist sehr freundlich. Der Warmwasserausfall wurde am nächsten Tag behoben.
