Location not really close to stations and points of interest
Unfriendly receptionist told me that i'd need to wait 3 hours for my room to be ready.
In fact I was ablt to check in with the self check-in terminal immediately and then enter the room!

Parking spots were large and comfortable.
Room was nice & clean.
Breakfast buffet offered some choice and was nicely served.
Automated check-in device in the front entrance did not work properly and I had ro call a service line to let me inside.

Firealarm exercise where we had to stand outside in the cold for 20min. Awithout being offered some compensation like free breakfast or at least a drink or so. We did not pay to stay outside in the cold!
