Very beatifull area right by the river,tasty breakfast.
There’s no boiler in the rooms, only an instant water heater, so the water doesn’t get hot enough — which is a problem, especially since Pai gets cold at night. The bed sheets were dirty, and the internet was unstable.

The staff are very friendly and they have some lovely cats. The area is also very pretty.
The resort is quite far from everything and unfortunately there is not much to do if you stay on site. The walk to and from the town is ok as long as it isn't raining too much as the road is a dirt road, it is hard to walk on with all th puddles. The pictures of people doing yoga are misleading as this isn't an activity you can actually do.
