Loved the place! Quiet and peaceful, very cozy
Turning off the paved road, three description noted the vehicle should be AWD or 4Wheel ... but the road to the house was horrible even for my AWD and the husband's truck. Definitely need to be better kept by the county or whomever.
House wise- they may want to get a water filtration system or something, very strong odor of sulfur or something? But other than those issues- the place was great!

We liked that it was off the beaten path and therefore very quiet.
There were only a few little things that we want the owner to know about. The can opener needs replacing; it truly doesn't work well at all. The jacuzzi jets don't work in the tub. And it was challenging to figure out how to get heat on.

The location is 20 mins from downtown Ellijay and was perfect for us as we wanted peace and quiet The 10 acres to walk around and see wildlife was great. Our 2 kids and 2 dogs had a great time walking in the woods. The beds were comfortable. The den sofa is okay. The kitchen is fairly well equipped for basic cooking. We enjoyed using the grill on the screen porch. This is a hidden gem and we would defiantly go back. Highly recommend if you want to enjoy nature. We saw deer, birds, and turkeys.
The Christmas decorations had not been taken down and it was the end of March. There were some bugs on the floor as it had not been stayed in for a while and no refresh cleaning done before we arrived. The bathrooms had dark curtains which made it dark showering since there is no light over the shower (Just changing to daylight bright white bulbs most likely would help this instead of soft white bulbs.) The long door code to gain access was a bit of a pain to do. It would have been nice have a 4 to 6 digit code instead of 10.... The extra chair in the den makes it a little crowded.
