Ik ben hier niet geweest
Ik was helemaal niet hier geweest. Meerdere keren contact opgenomen met Belvilla dat ik de prijs met korting wil betalen zoals aangeboden op Bookings. Maar ze deden er niks mee en hebben gelukkig zelf de reservering geannuleerd. Maar blijkbaar niet helemaal, want het Boekingssysteem denkt nog steeds dat ik hier ben geweest.

Klein, maar wel knus en goede locatie.
De ligging beviel ons het meeste. Het uitzicht in de haven was prachtig, vooral 's ochtends en bij het zakken van de zon. Geeft een ontspannen vakantiegevoel. Ook is het een prettige wandeling (iets meer dan 1 km) naar het toeristische centrum van Volendam en er zijn een paar restaurants dichtbij. Er was een douche met een goede straal en temperatuur. De inrichting van de boot is netjes. Er moest nog iets opgelost worden en de vriendelijke eigenaar was goed bereikbaar en zorgde dat dit snel was gebeurd. We lazen in de reviews iets over de schoonmaak, maar die was bij ons goed en we zagen dat daar bij ons buurhuisje eveneens aandacht aan werd besteed.
Het is een huisje van 47m2, dat wisten we van tevoren. Tijdens het verblijf merkten we dat de beperkte afmetingen ons toch onrustig maakten (kleine slaapkamers en badkamer). De leefruimte in de woonkamer was zo groot mogelijk gehouden (prettig) en dat heeft ook impact voor de ruimte voor een keukenblok (twee pitten om op te koken), beperkte ruimte voor koffers, levensmiddelen, kledingkasten en de boiler (kort douchen als je met 3 bent). Niet teveel meenemen dus! Wij hadden ook problemen met de wifi-verbinding.

We lived staying here. Location great! Very relaxing. Would recommend to a friend.
Loved being on the water. Very calm. Close to places to eat or grab a drink. Not too far to walk to town. Clean.
Internet was very inconsistent. The AC closet had a cover over the vented door which made AC not work right until we moved it. The primary bedroom window unable to open to ventilate due to placement of the bed. Hot water would only last for one shower…and better make it quick. There was a little storage in each bedroom to unload belongings, but then nowhere to store suitcase. Nowhere to put groceries that we brought in.
