Location & the restaurant
No coffee or tea making facilities, no small refrigerator

Excellent location.

Having a bath with a shower attachment and NO shower curtain was ridiculous.

I was so thrilled with everything. The location is perfection. You’re right in the middle of everything. Our room looked out at the harbor and I sat by the window an hour at night just taking it in before I went to bed. I was warned. I took a big noise outside, but that didn’t bother me and it ended by 10 o’clock anyway. Breakfast is ample – they have scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, lots of meat, granola, and yogurt and cut fruit. The bread selection is very nice…
We did not eat dinner here because the restaurant was full. But I say, If you stay in Volendam, you must stay here.
Bathtub could have used a shower curtain, as my husband and I both flooded the bathroom. The shower hose was fabulous.

Very central location at the harbour promenade. Breakfast with sufficient and quality selection.
"Nice room" included very noisy elevator shaft next to a bed, behind paper thin wall. All the noise from ie. kitchen dishes came loudly into room. Also the toilet was tiny - almost impossible to turn around. Alternative room was not offered. Price was high for such a room.
