Location. Comfy beds. Lovely family.
It was a small room so not a lot of space. It worked for me as a solo traveler but I think a bigger room would be needed for 2 people..

La hospitalidad que tuvieron conmigo fue increible. Me ayudaron con todo lo que necesité y la familia fue tan amable todo el tiempo.
La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y tenía todo lo que necesitaba.
El baño era enorme y estaba también muy limpio.
La casa está a un paseo de la playa por lo que es perfecto para darte un baño matutino en la mejor playa del sur de Sri Lanka.

My stay at Chirp villa was very lovely! The whole family is very kind, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast and dinner were super tasty and were prepared whenever it suited me. The location is perfect, just a short walk from silent beach and a short walk from neighbouring beaches. The son of the family took me to the bus station by scooter and organized a tuktuk for me to visit some temples. I also got an ayurvedic treatment which was really nice. I would always stay here again :)

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt, da es zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten zum Silent Beach sind.
Es ist möglich in der Unterkunft ein gutes Frühstück zu bekommen, allerdings ist dieses mit 1800 SLR pro Person vergleichsweise auch sehr teuer.
Das Zimmer ist nur sehr klein und wird fast vollständig vom Bett ausgefüllt. Wenn man daneben noch seine Rucksäcke ablegt ist das Zimmer voll. Außer dem Bett gibt es dementsprechend auch nur noch ein paar Wandhaken, Ablageflächen oder sonstiges sind Fehlanzeige.
Das Badezimmer ist separat und über den Garten zu erreichen. Sowohl hier als auch in unserem Zimmer befanden sich unzählige Ameisen sowie andere Insekten. Offensichtliche Nester wie z.B. an den Türhaken wurden bei der Reinigung des Zimmers scheinbar einfach ignoriert.
Wir würden nicht nochmal wiederkommen.
