MAIN LIVING SPACE: The spacious family room on the second floor opens to the balcony with generous outdoor seating and great views of charming coastal homes and palm-lined streets. Beneath the high ceiling, a pair of comfy sectional sofas invite lounging as sunlight streams in through the many windows. The adjacent dining area is a showcase for a contemporary dining table that seats eight, while the kitchen is fully stocked and ready for the chef in your group to take command. STRR#529589 ***NO PETS ALLOWED*** IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED. Rest Ashored is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Rest Ashored the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time to stay here and it was as great as the first! The home is lovely and very convenient to everything. Would love there to be shades on the windows in the family room, and we really missed the CS market being closed, but we had a great time and will be back!

The layout was great and was able to house 14 adults comfortably. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. It was so close to the beach and very easy to walk to. The customer service was great and they were so responsive to our questions. I would highly recommend staying at this property!

This was one of the happiest, most comfortable, peaceful stays our family has had in Port Aransas. Every detail of this home is gorgeous and so thoughtfully designed. The location is great with the Dune Pool, Great Lawn and Social Circle all very close by. We left Rest Ashored, feeling relaxed after one of our most favorite stays in Port Aransas—and much of that is thanks to this home. We have already and will continue recommend this home to family and friends.
