We have been here for two weeks and the unit is nicely updated and perfect location to the beach ocean block. The check in process was simple and detailed.

We really enjoyed the beach condo. Clean and updated with nice beach decor. Loved that it was 1/2 block to the beach.

We stayed here for 8 days, 7 nights and everything during the stay went well. The communication (emails) prior to our arrival were very informative and the check-in process was easy and went well. The unit is well located and a short walk to the beach and a handful of restaurants. As stated in the listing the unit appears to be recently renovated and it was clean and comfortable inside. Herb (with property management ) communicated to ensure everything was going well and he was incredible throughout the whole process. I would also note that this area of the beach does have lifeguards and beach umbrella rentals. In summary a great trip and will definitely rent again!

Condo was very convenient to everything. The pull cord on the verticals is broken and hanging down. The stove needs to be replaced. There is a coil hanging from the top that made us afraid to use it. All the silverware and pans were filthy and had to be run through the dishwasher the day we got there. There was sand on the kitchen counter. Counter is gritty and stained. The floors behind the bed needs to be cleaned. When the new furniture was installed they should have cleaned behind everything first. Nasty.
There really should be safety grab bars in the shower.
