Come see the huge lake with walking path surround that leads to the gorgeous pool at Cinnamon Shore South. Just two minute's walk from The Great White. AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with infinity edge and splash pad; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions and playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun. Enter the home and leave the beach towels and sand toys at the convenient built in storage in the entry. The first level is a kid's haven with two bunk bedrooms each with private bathrooms and deep tub/showers with two sets of twin bunk beds per room. A spacious den offers a large Smart TV and board games for movies or fun times after a busy day at the beach. Or you can sit on the expansive lakeside porch with panoramic views of the lake and community. The second level offers even better views of the lake and pool from the wall to wall windows or the grand balcony with peeks of the Gulf and Bay. Sit in the lovely main living room and watch the game or just enjoy the togetherness and views. Prepare a family meal in the fully stocked kitchen; birthdays or holidays are a must with so much prep space. The large dining table for ten to twelve people and additional seating for four at the bar offers seats to the whole gathering. Once dinner is done a convenient laundry room with utility sink tucked behind the kitchen offers quick clean up for the day. On the same level are a queen suite with private bath and private balcony with community views and Gulf peeks. A second matching queen bedroom also with a private balcony has a shared bathroom for the main floor. The third floor offers an additional set of laundry machines for quick convenience. There are two large matching king suites each with private Juliet balconies that have pool, lake, bay and Gulf views. Each have huge bathrooms with double vanity, and large soaker tub and separate walk-in showers. The Great White invites you in after a busy day at the pool or beach over the large two way dune crossover. The Great White is a non-pet friendly property, if a pet is seen entering The Great White the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of the time of day or night. An automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 will be added to the reservation, as well as any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing experience at The Great White House at Cinnamon Shore South! We brought together 3 generations of family members to soak in the sun in Port Aransas for a long weekend, and this was the perfect setting and place to do it! We had 14 people who enjoyed the house, the amenities, the beach, the pool, and more. The house was brand new, so as a result, we experienced a couple of things that needed to be addressed, but the Cinnamon Shore staff was available and stepped in to help out, and that didn't detract from how wonderful the house was. We can't wait to come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 16 had an amazing time. The rental was very comfortable for all of us, certainly big enough. We were right next to the pool which was very convenient. The children, ages 2 months to 10 years, especially loved riding in the golf carts. There were plenty of beach towels for our use. The kitchen was well stocked but there were no napkins, aluminum foil or plastic wrap so be sure to bring those if you want them. The house was very clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was breathtaking! Beautiful, well designed and comfortable with amazing views. Caught a huge fish off the back porch, had fun cooking in the kitchen, relaxing evenings on the balconies. Even with less than ideal weather, this home and location made for a wonderful and memorable time.Management was on top of everything! Every part of the process and any help needed was an easy and enjoyable process. Pictures don’t do this place justice. I had high hopes for this stay and they were exceeded in every way! Absolutely book time here, you will not regret it.
