Inside, you will discover a beautifully designed 4 bedroom home, each uniquely decorated and featuring private en-suite bathrooms with showers, making this the ideal retreat for families or groups of friends. With 3 king-sized beds, 1 queen-sized bed and a pack and play for the little ones, there's plenty of space to accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. At our home, we take great pride in providing our guests with exceptional hospitality and service. We want you to feel comfortable and at ease during your stay, and we are always available to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. We will be available 24/7 to assist you with anything you need, whether it's recommendations for local attractions or assistance with any issues that may arise during your stay. We will be happy to provide you with our contact information so that you can reach us at any time. That being said, we understand that some guests prefer more privacy and less interaction with their hosts. We will respect your preferences and provide as much or as little interaction as you desire. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay in our home, and we will do everything we can to make that happen. The house is located in the quiet neighborhood of Dolphin Isles on the water and 0.2 miles away from the beach. You have restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and shopping stores less than a mile away from the house. As a guest in our home, you will have full access to the entire house and all of its amenities. This means that you can make yourself at home and enjoy all of the comforts and conveniences that our property has to offer. You are welcome to use the kitchen to prepare meals, relax in the living areas, and sleep in any of the comfortable bedrooms. You can also take advantage of the outdoor spaces, including the pool, deck, and dining areas. We want you to feel completely at ease during your stay, so please don't hesitate to make yourself at home and enjoy everything our property has to offer. Welcome to our beautiful home, nestled in a lush tropical paradise! Our property is surrounded by stunning Clusia trees, creating a private and peaceful oasis for your stay. Step outside and soak up the warm Florida sun by our saltwater heated pool. The pool area is complete with comfortable lounge chaises, an umbrella, and a dining area, perfect for enjoying a meal outdoors. If you prefer a waterfront view, head to the deck overlooking the canal. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail under the shaded canopy as you take in the serene water views. Inside the house, you'll find a spacious and tastefully decorated living area with plenty of seating for your group. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. When it's time to retire for the night, you'll find comfortable sleeping accommodations in each of the 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Our home is conveniently located near plenty of attractions, including beaches, shopping, and dining. If you'd like to save some money on a car, you can Uber or Lyft The beach is 0.2 miles away from the front door step! Coral Ridge Mall is 1.2 Miles away equipped with Target, Publix, and many shopping stores. Walgreens is 0.5 miles away for all your pharmacy needs. There are 3 parking spots directly infront of the property and an entire parking lot next door.

We really enjoyed this house. The common areas were comfortable for all. Unfortunately we had a few rainy days, but the covered patio facing the canal and the huge dinner table gave us plenty of space to catch up and to play games. The bedrooms, each with an en-suite, were just perfect for our group - 3 couples and an adult. Everyone had privacy. The only suggestion I have is to provide two folding luggage racks in each bedroom. There are several nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance and the walk to the beach was easy.

The communication from the property manager and owner was above and beyond. The home is beautiful and very up to date. All appliances and furnishings were nice. The beds were top notch. The pool was great, has a shallow end and a 5’ “deep” end with a ledge to sit in the pool. The kayaks were a nice touch. We caught several mangrove snapper just outside the back door from the home’s dock. There were some illusive barracuda coming through the area at different times we saw and almost caught. The house is pretty close to the beach, not a bad walk. Seven Eleven Gas Station is within walking distance. I cannot name one issue with the house or contacts. We were surprised by how many things were provided, beach chairs, pool floats, beach towels, bikes, etc (stuff that some house guests love to break or steal). I hope this home is treated with respect and kept nice for us to return next year! It was a great trip and we are grateful.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. There was plenty of room for our family. The kitchen is not well stocked for pots and pans, but we managed. We did cook in every day, so that was a little disappointing. We had a couple of issues with the pool heater, but Odd sent someone out to fix it. When it did not work the next day, he sent someone else to get the heater working. We really appreciated the quick response Odd gave us.

We enjoyed ourselves very much. You have a beautiful property. We hope to be back sometime in the future. We will be leaving you a very positive review on Vrbo. However, we wanted to be openly honest with you about a few things that were of concern.
Huge spider web-there is an extremely large spiderweb at the entry gate of your property. It is very big and should not be there as it is not the most pleasant experience to run into it as soon as you open the door.
Privacy-wow the view from the living room is very nice, some gas do prefer the option to have privacy. We strongly suggest adding some shears on a truck so that people can have the option to have privacy inside the house, especially in the evenings at night time.
Remote- one of your remotes did not have batteries at all Your walkways and pool furniture are very dirty, molded, and has duck poop near the pool, deck and walkway to the front door. We strongly suggest that you have these areas pressure wash on a regular basis to give future guess a better first impression of your property.
It was very difficult to find the property. The house is not easily visible from the main street. We suggest adding some clear instructions in your listing on how to find the property. Or, you could include them in the welcome email that you sent out the day before check-in.
Huge spider web at entranceand the lint collector in the dryer was overloaded( fire hazard) It had not been cleaned in a long time.

This house is beautiful and pristine. It was in a great location and very private. We came here for a Miami vs NY Giant game. This house was everything we were looking for. The heated pool was great. Each of the 4 bedrooms had their own bath. Patio overlooks the canal. Just a perfect place to relax and enjoy. We will definitely. Rent this place again when we return to the area

We rented this for our 2 kids, their spouse/boyfriend and us for a long weekend. It was perfect. Many beaches close. Restaurants close. The house was in the middle of everything but totally secluded. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. It was great! Highly recommend.

The property is clean and great for a crowd. The ensuites to each bedroom were a welcome convenience. Bed svery comfortable. Although the property is in the middle of the "Action" the hedge around the perimeter really gives a private feeling. Very convenient to the beach and local shops

We all enjoyed swimming in the pool every morning and having breakfast and lunch poolside. Afternoons we walked to beach and swam more and picked up shells and built sandcastles. Close enough to restaurants that we walked out to dinner at Shooters and Greek Islands Taverna, both excellent restaurants. The house is beautiful, cool and modern, so comfortable to lounge in and loved the covered patio in back for eating meals, snacking and lounging. Washer and dryer was used several times and all beds were comfortable. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was such a luxury. Roberto came to greet us and check on us responded promptly when we had a problem with the dishwasher. Beautiful house in wonderful location!!

Provided online information was not accurate. We were 3 adults, a teen and 3 kids. The bedding just right for 7 people not 10 people. In reality they should have listed as 2 bedrooms because the other two bedrooms very small, low ceilings which you can touch the ceilings, cement floors, small bathrooms. In total entire furniture were uncomfortable and didn’t feel like home. The pool was small.
To be honest I regretted and the price they charged was extremely unfair, I just waisted the money unfortunately. Too late and I will never forget such a experience. I rather paid for best hotel.

The photos don’t do this property justice! It was squeaky clean when we arrived, the property manager, Roberto, was amazing, and the space was perfect for our family to gather and be together. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful view of the water, and we were a 5 min walk to the beach and minutes from Las Olas!

The experience exceeded our expectations! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is big, comfortable, updated and clean. The property manager Roberto was a pleasure to work with; so very kind and responsive and made us feel very welcome in the home. Again, thank you Roberto for the birthday cake from my favorite Ft. Lauderdale bakery.... was very special!
We loved and appreciated that each of the 4 bedrooms had their own bathroom and great closet space. House has great entertaining and relaxing space. The dining room table is big and accommodated all of our family. The updated kitchen is large and equipped with all the utensils, pots, pans etc that we needed. Enjoying coffee in the morning on a lounge chair by the intracoastal in the back of the house and lounging by the beautiful pool in the front of the house really topped off our stay. We were very grateful to have pool floats and beach chairs, an umbrella and towels available to us.
The house is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and the beach... and is in a very quiet neighborhood (even during the 4th of July holiday!!)
We are looking forward to returning!!!

We rented this as a group of couples and the property/home was absolutely amazing! We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The rooms/closets/kitchen/etc were wonderful and the outside porch/deck was STUNNING all times of the day. Having the pool was so nice and it felt like we had our own mini resort. Aside from how amazing the home itself was, the location was also incredible! Lots of places were walking distance or short drives away. We went over MDW and It never felt like we were in the “crowded” areas which we really loved. I can’t recommend this place more. It’s great for a group of friends looking to have a fun time or even families! Can’t go wrong. Communicating with the property manager Roberto was also wonderful! He was so nice and accommodating. Thank you so much for having us!!! Would definitely love to come back again soon:)
