The apartment was as described. Kia is an attentive host and quick to respond to questions and comments. The location to local restaurants, Little Italy, a neighborhood grocery store, and major attractions was great. The neighborhood is very charming with a good mix of older apartment buildings and large early 20th century single family homes. Please know that the unit is in an older apartment building and you will be able to hear the neighboring tenants coming and going.

Directions were great and Kia was super responsive! The place was adorable, I felt very safe, and everything was so clean and organized. Quite charming! I plan to stay again my next visit to Cleveland in the spring! Thank you so much for a great experience!

This is a nice property, very clean, in a very old building. We have stayed here twice, first time high marks, but second time, a nightmare due to upstairs neighbors. Loud music at 6 a.m., tons of loud foot traffic above the bedroom for hours in the a.m. Unrelated, not a big deal, but the amount of bossy signage in the unit is offputting. There are directions posted on every square inch of wall space. I can recommend if you are not a light sleeper.
