2 Southern Place in Dobwalls, Cornwall sleeps two guests in one bedroom.
This single-storey lodge has one super-king-size bedroom, along with a shower room, an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a spa area with a jacuzzi spa bath and sauna, and a cinema room. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher, and for entertainment, there is a TV with Freeview, a Bluetooth music system, and WiFi. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car, an EV charger, and a private decked sky deck with patio furniture. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price and a travel cot (no mattress) and highchair are available. Two well behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You can find a shop and pub within 0.5 miles. Note: Lake on-site, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: Barbecues are not to be brought to the site. Note: The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted. Note: Sunday arrivals are not permitted. 2 Southern Place is a superb romantic retreat. Please note that the ponds and surrounding reed beds form an important natural habitat for local wildlife. During the bird nesting season, typically between March and September, the reeds may appear more established than shown in some website photographs. In line with the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, vegetation management may be restricted during this period to help protect nesting birds and other wildlife. We appreciate your understanding as we work to preserve the natural environment and biodiversity of the site for both wildlife and guests to enjoy.

The lovely fishing harbours of Looe, Fowey, and Polperro are 15 miles south, while Padstow and the surfing beach at Polzeath are a pleasant drive on the North Coast. Visit Siblyback Lake for sailing, fishing, and watersports or Bodmin Moor for great walking. Plymouth is just a short train ride from Liskeard station and 15 miles from the Eden project.
