The open-plan living area with a stylish lounge, smart TV, and fully fitted kitchen opens to the very spacious terrace that features a chill-out corner and a dining area, all enjoying views over the communal grounds. There is an adjustable awning providing shade for alfresco dining in the summer.
There are 3 double bedrooms, The Master has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with rain shower. The other 2 bedrooms are twin rooms and share a bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms have access to the lovely terrace.
Further features include underfloor heating in the bathrooms, hot/cold AC, Apple TV, and a washer/dryer.
The complex enjoys a peaceful atmosphere, lovely gardens, and a large communal swimming pool. Parking is on the street.

You have a few restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk, along with a supermarket.
